1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Smart Click Seva website, mobile application, and administrative platform (together, the "Platform"), operated by SmartClick Technologies Pvt. Limited ("Smart Click Seva", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Platform — whether as a citizen or as a Seva Partner — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to register as a Seva Partner. Citizens applying for a service through a center may be assisted by a guardian where the service itself permits it (for example, a birth certificate application). Seva Partners must hold any local licenses or registrations required to operate a service center in their jurisdiction.

3. Description of Service

Smart Click Seva is a platform that connects citizens with authorized, independently operated service centers ("Seva Partners") to apply for government-to-citizen (G2C) services (such as identity documents and certificates) and business-to-citizen (B2C) services (such as bill payments and financial services). Smart Click Seva itself does not issue government documents or certificates — these are issued by the relevant government department; Smart Click Seva and its Seva Partners facilitate submission, tracking, and delivery.

4. Seva Partner Obligations

As a Seva Partner, you agree to:

• Process citizen applications accurately, honestly, and in a timely manner;
• Maintain a valid, active subscription on the Platform to continue receiving applications;
• Keep your payout account and business details (including PAN, GST, and bank details) accurate and up to date;
• Comply with Smart Click Seva's partner guidelines and all applicable local, state, and central laws; and
• Not charge citizens any fee beyond the service fee and government fee displayed on the Platform for a given service.

5. Citizen Responsibilities

As a citizen using the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and genuine information and documents when applying for a service. Submitting false information or fraudulent documents may result in rejection of your application and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.

6. Fees & Payments

Each service listed on the Platform displays its applicable service fee and, where relevant, the government fee charged by the issuing authority. Government fees are collected on behalf of, and remitted to, the relevant government department and are not retained by Smart Click Seva or the Seva Partner. Seva Partner subscription fees and platform commissions are billed as described at the time of subscription. 7. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (Smart ID and password) and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@smartclickseva.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of SmartClick Technologies Pvt. Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts; interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation; or use the Platform to charge citizens fees not authorized under these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Click Seva and SmartClick Technologies Pvt. Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including delays or denials of government services by the issuing authority, which remain outside our control. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific application giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart Click Seva, SmartClick Technologies Pvt. Limited, and their officers and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or submission of false or fraudulent information.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law. A Seva Partner's status may also move to Suspended if a subscription lapses, per the standard center-status rules on the Platform.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
